Learner Analysis: Virtual Family Exercise Training

To essentially meet the learners where they are at this stage of life, we must identify where they are respectfully.
Through the learner analysis, I was able to identify various ways in which a family could come together and reach different health goals through a few virtual workouts a week.

Case Study Review: Issues, Strategies and Theories

Within the case study, we are presented with basic details of the prior training program provided to the new hires of a global apparel and footwear company. After conducting a needs analysis, surveys, interviews, and observations, and additional investigation, the core problem uncovered was that costly mistakes were being made within the system by new hires because they were simply not following their job processes properly.

Instructional Design Proposal for New Coach Training

Request for Proposal (RFP) was created in response to the Director of a Recreational Soccer Club (faux client) request for a training program for new volunteer soccer coaches. This RFP project required creating a learning solution through defining the objectives, developing a creative instructional approach, and providing recommended options to engage the learners.
